    Job Description As the Store Experience Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of an individual store, with a primary focus on delivering great customer experiences that drive sales and profitability. Your leadership will be pivotal in guiding a dedicated team to efficiently run the store operations.     Business Analyst - SAP S4 Implementation Are you a motivated professional with strong SAP experience and a background within finance? About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team and support the implementation of SAP S4, specifically focusing on the finance global template. This role requires strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of finance processes, and expertise in SAP S4 and finance global template. More specifically, your responsibilities will include: Requirements Gathering and Analysis Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to SAP Finance module. Analyse existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and alignment with SAP S4/HANA capabilities. Solution Design Work closely with the SI and Pandora implementation team on solution design and SAP finance module configuration to meet business requirements. Create or contribute to functional specifications, process flows, and data models as needed. Integration Management Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP Finance module and other modules (e.g., Procurement, Controlling, etc.) and Pandora finance surrounding systems (Basware, HFM etc.) Provide expertise in data mapping and integration methodologies. Testing and Validation Develop test scripts and perform thorough testing to validate the functionality of SAP Finance module. Collaborate with end users to conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and address any identified issues. Training and Support Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP Finance module post-implementation. Documentation and Reporting Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures related to SAP Finance. In order to succeed You are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to to work effectively with cross-functional teams. You thrive in fast-paced environments, and you enjoy working with various different stakeholders. You have an eye for detail, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Additionally, you have and can demonstrate: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in SAP Finance module with at least 5-7 years of hands-on experience in SAP S4/HANA implementation projects. Strong knowledge of SAP Finance functionalities including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Financial Reporting, etc. Fluency in English, both verbal and written. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field. SAP S4/HANA certification in Finance module would be a strong advantage. Two completed S4 project lifecycles (ideally greenfield) would be preferred. Experience in retail industry is a plus. Did we get your attention?
