What you'll be doing:
As a Category Supervisor at Avon, you'll lead the way in driving performance across one of our key production categories. You'll be responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing operations to ensure we meet our goals and deliver high-quality results . You'll play a central role in managing budgets, implementing improvements, and supporting the development of your team. This is a hands-on leadership role where your decisions and ideas will directly impact efficiency, product quality, and team culture.

What you'll be working on:
Creating and executing business strategies for your category Managing production processes and ensuring delivery against key performance indicators Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards (GMP, ISO, BRC, IFS, HACCP) Ensure production targets, efficiency, and quality standards are consistently met Promote a culture of responsibility , team work and continuous improvement Leading cost-efficiency initiatives using Lean tools to enhance productivity and reduce cost Driving process improvements and ergonomic solutions to enhance workplace safety and efficiency Overseeing the introduction of new products into regular production Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external suppliers Managing a team of 30+ people, supporting their growth and development Handling budget planning and cost negotiations with suppliers What we're looking for:
Higher education in technology, process automation, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a production environment Strong knowledge of production technologies, GMP, and health & safety standards Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and problem-solving tools (5W, Ishikawa, GEMBA) Proven leadership and project management skills Ability to influence cross-functional teams and production staff Fluent English and advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, databases) Strong communication, presentation, and decision-making abilities Why Avon?
