Your role As a member of our logistics customer service team, the selected candidate will be responsible for second level customer service activities. This position requires an analytical mindset, goog communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. The main focus of the role is to support the EMEA subsidiaries where the local customer service teams are, and Essilor Luxottica internal business, by providing assistance with accurate and timely information regarding shipment status on and any other logistics-related queries, analyzing data and being a support and an interface between FC Poland and the business. Main responsibilities: - Follow-up on logistics requests and issues as well as new initiatives, with related business partners - Monitor and maintain the Logistics Service Levels on target from FC Poland cross market - Filling in and maintenance of the tables related to the logistics settings (warehouse + transportation), aligned to the business requirements - Maintain a proper relationship with the specific business partners and all related internal and external stakeholders by holding regular review meetings with to align on logistics issues and/or opportunities. - Manage daily and weekly monitoring of orders to review accuracy to defined targets and to track the amount of work touched to help with process optimization. - Communicate any operational changes to processes or deliveries to all relevant departments. - Support warehouse operating by liaising with FC operations team on courier changes impacting demand. - Support corporate logistics business support EMEA department by liaising with the warehouse management team to provide timely feedbacks on orders processing status. Your role We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Transportation Manager to lead and optimize transportation operations across the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region. This role is responsible for developing and executing transportation strategies, managing carrier relationships, ensuring compliance with regional regulations, and driving continuous improvement in service and cost efficiency. The successful candidate will play a key role in aligning transportation operations with broader Logistics goals in a fast-paced, international environment. Main responsibilities: Monitors carriers performance and service levels for all product categories distributed locally, reporting any deviation to agreed SLAs in terms of promised lead; works closely on deep-dives and corrective action plans in case of under-performances. Tracks and reports service and quality performances and claims. Act as a single point interface for both internal and external customers, developing and improving transportation methods to improve efficiency and effectiveness, continue to meet the delivery requirements of the customer. Owns the local transportation cost budget. Performs cost analysis on transportation expenses and recommending modifications to meet industry "best practice", in cooperation with logistics sourcing department. Main Responsibilities: Reporting to the Medical Affairs Manager you will: Share scientific, technical and evidence-based information on our products and services to ophthalmologists, orthoptists, opticians as well as to relevant healthcare professionals (visits, training, information meetings, conferences, etc.) to develop prescription under the brand name of our products. Establish your visit plans and targets in collaboration with the Medical Affairs Manager. Monitor the results obtained and propose, if necessary, corrective actions. You will be a keynote speaker in local events linked to visual health and vision. You will support the growth for Stellest, Varilux and Light Management solutions in coordination with the Medical Affairs Manager and business. You will track post education impact performance metrics and will re-schedule when necessary complementary actions to fully activate the account in the core categories. You are expected to be 80% in the field, e.g., myopia clinics and customer visits, secure technical and medical education for the targeted products and services established by the Medical Affairs Manager and Business. Main Requirements: Bachelor or Master degree in Optics Scientific/clinical and medical affairs knowledge, particularly in myopia management 5+ years sales experience in practice or in the industry Driving License cat.
