In this role, as the EXO Aerosols Planning Intern, you will work closely with experienced professionals within Wella's External Operations Team, learning by observing and actively participating in daily operations. Your responsibilities will include, among other things, preparing reports in Excel, joining calls with the factory team, contributing to small improvement projects, and supporting root cause analysis processes.
