Now we are looking for an entrepreneurial & experienced Marketer with a strong Brand Management, Digital and Retail expertise that will lead Maybelline New York.
In this role You will:
- Be responsible for one of the category inside Maybelline New Your Brand
- Work together with Brand Business Leader on the strategic directions and the 3-year marketing plan, guide portfolio priorities (new launches, pillar products' renewal and animation of core catalogue).
- Steer the collection and analysis of consumer and market insights, share findings with the zone to ensure the consistency of new product development with the country's needs.
- Take ownership of international launches and create the right angle of attack locally to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences locally.
- Together with Brand Business Leader you will manage the budget (sales forecast, price strategy, profitability of the brand, P&L, etc.)
- Lead the marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) and the adaptation of communication (imagery, digital, point of sales)
- Mobilize other departments (Category Development, Commercial Teams, Supply chain, Financial Controlling, etc. ) and partner agencies to develop a broader business strategy and execution plans.
- Influence e commerce Strategy
- Influence Advocacy Brand plans.
- Influence media and promotion plans
- Influence market research plans
- Innovate and unleash value from within.
- Report to Brand Business Leader of Maybelline New York.
- 4+ / 6+ years of experience in Marketing / Brand Management
- Sales / Digital / E com / Advocacy experience will be considered a plus.
- Master's degree in business management will be considered a plus.
- Proficient English communication skills (written & verbal).
