Job description

Now we are looking for a talented & motivated individual who will take charge of Data & CRM Activation Strategy. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for divisional B2C CRM and data strategy and execution with agency & peers, including customer journey identification, the infrastructure, data streams, strategy, and activation to grow customers’ engagement and lifetime value.

Scope of responsibilities for a role:

CRM strategy

  • Sets the LUXE data vision & strategy of collection & segmentation of our consumer data to ensure personalized interactions with customers through activation that will bring value to the brands and their e-d2c business.
  • Offers the best beauty customer experience to bring incremental revenue - Sets a recruitment strategy of data from different sources to enrich CRM to guarantee the best interactions and business growth.
  • Defines valuable content for consumers based on customer segmentation and brand marketing plans.
  • Defines CRM KPIs & drivers and dashboards to track and optimize marketing strategies.
Data Activation Strategy

  • Manages CRM campaign tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Adobe Campaign (with agency).
  • Build Communication Strategy to increase CRM Key KPIs with support of brands.
  • Build & Implement with agency trigger journeys.
Data management & insights

  • Consolidates and shares with key stakeholders all the insights & learnings of the different sources of data that will enrich other departments such as marketing, commercial & education to shape the added value proposal of the division.
  • Query the CRM database to deliver relevant insights to key stakeholders.
  • Automate, in cooperation with the agency, the delivery of reports for recurrent data requests.
  • Define actionable consumer segmentation.
GDPR Compliance 

  • Strong cooperation with the Data Protection Officer, CDMO team & other relevant teams to ensure 100% compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Be the guardian of CRM data safety.
You are a perfect match if you have:

  • Fluent English and Polish
  • Interest in beauty industry and products.
  • Analytical & Data Management Skills.
  • Ability to manage complex, cross-brand / cross-team projects.
  • Ability to adapt to the fast-changing environment.
  • Ability to summarize complex ideas and data into simple insights.
  • Understanding of digital trends & new tools.
  • Collaborative approach – ability to influence peers in a matrix structure.
  • IT skills, and knowledge of software packages. Knowledge of SQL will be an advantage.
  • Nice to have: knowledge of Google Analytics, Big Query, Data Studio & Power BI.
