What you'll be doing:

Reports to the Digital Procurement and Policies Manager within the Procurement Centre of Excellence (CoE)

and supports the execution of strategic initiatives. The Coordinator will play a crucial role in the digital

transformation of the procurement function, ensuring systems governance, continuous improvement, and

effective deployment of new digital solutions.

The role includes managing the Digital Procurement Transformation Agenda, collaborating on a

comprehensive roadmap aimed at further digitizing and automating the Procurement function. The

Coordinator will provide operational support to the Digital and Policies team, helping to define immediate and

long-term priorities, contributing to the professional development of team members, and driving key digital

initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

DIGITAL PROCUREMENT SYSTEMS COORDINATION:

  • Support the creation and deployment of a new medium and long-term Digital Agenda for Procurement at Avon International within the CoE. Focus on aligning the area with best practices in Digital Procurement, building upon existing digital initiatives, and ensuring a strong return on investment aligned with Avon's strategic priorities.
  • Act as a primary contact with the business to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and standardization of Procurement systems and processes, driving alignment across the organization.
  • Assist in setting standards within the team for accurately documenting opportunities for continuous improvement in systems and processes, ensuring proper documentation of their implementation and outcomes.
  • Coordinate the implementation, testing, and maintenance of systems and process improvements, including system updates and configurations required by organizational changes, new processes, or system releases.
  • Ensure that all activities comply with the Natura &Co and Avon International's controls framework and change management processes, maintaining adherence to established governance standards.
  • Support the creation and testing of reporting functionalities within existing Procurement systems, contributing to the development of new KPIs and updates to ensure accurate and relevant reporting.
  • Coordinate L3 support for systems managed by Procurement, resolving tickets previous levels have not been able to resolve, escalating to external partners (like SAP) as needed.
  • Coordinate training for systems related to Procurement, ensuring users are well-equipped to utilize systems effectively.
RISK AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT:

  • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks associated with digital procurement systems, ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively.
  • Drive change management efforts to ensure user adoption and smooth transition to new systems and processes, working closely with stakeholders to manage expectations and reduce resistance.
STAKEHOLDER AND TEAM COLLABORATION:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across partner areas and within Procurement teams to ensure that Procurement Systems are effectively used, deployed, maintained, and continuously improved.
  • Lead cross-functional forums and discussions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration under a multi-cultural environment.
KPI DEVELOPMENT AND SUCCESS METRICS:

  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital procurement initiatives, focusing on system adoption rates, process efficiencies, cost savings, and improvements in procurement cycle times.
  • Regularly report on KPIs to Digital Procurement and Policies Manager, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Work Experience & Education:

Min Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.

Min 2+ years of Procurement Excellence experience and 10+ years of Procurement experience

Proven experience on Source to Pay (P2P, Contracts, eSourcing) platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, Ivalue, etc. in terms of governance, maintenance and deployment.

Strong analytical skills & attention to detail.

Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.

Fluent English.

Skills & Competences:

Strong work ethic, self-motivated work style, and good attention to detail, with an ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with new challenges and shifting priorities.

Experience in aggregating information from multiple sources efficiently and accurately to support business inquiries and decision-making; works well with data to draw business conclusions.

Effective project management skills, including planning and decision-making, identifying priorities and bringing projects to successful completion in a timely manner, and maintaining a focus on high standards and quality.

Proficient in leading teams and processes, as well as demonstrated capability in process improvement/administrative lean/system optimization.

Effective communication skills, being able to create and conduct impactful business presentations, coordinate cross-functional forums under a multi-cultural environment.
