What you'll be doing:

Establishing long-term business relationships with existing clients and identifying and qualifying new opportunities related to acquiring new clients ( retail chains in Poland to deliver business needs for omnichannel expanssion

Working closely with other members of the sales , Omnichannel, Marketing (Trade marketing) and Operations team to build organizational synergy to successfully close the sales cycle and offer a great customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Accountable for managing customer relationships with existing Retailers ( understand customer & channel needs to win, create plan to manage both Avon and customer expectations)
  • Accountable for finding and on-board new retailers (offline / on-line) to Avon
  • Prepare negotiation strategy to achieve business goals ( eg. Terms of cooperation negotiation
  • Monitoring competition activities; responsible for promo budget and promotion results ( business gales delivery), merchandising standard
  • Analysis of sales and key KPIs based on available reports, tools and own initiative of growth hacking
  • Responsibility for the creation and implementation of budget plans , taking into account Omnichannel environment
Our requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar position with proven success, preferable in cosmetics industry and drogerias
  • Experience with off line and on-line clients
  • Ability to plan and organize work and set priorities
  • Solid experience in driving channel strategy and selecting business priorities
  • High negotiation and analytical skills
  • Creativity and flexibility. Ability to create aggregated reports and independent decision-making based on acquired data
  • Ease in establishing interpersonal contacts
  • English speaking
  • Open for frequent travel
