As Loyalty Lead Manager for Sales Market Poland, you contribute to added customer value, a strengthened brand and increased selling by ensuring a strong customer insight driven Loyalty function in the Sales Market. You will work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, taking part in driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work. Teamwork is key in this role and your responsibilities are in close cross collaboration in the Sales Team of Sales Market Poland, which consists of 9 countries: Poland, Romania, Hungary, Czech, Slovakia, Ukraine, Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia.
- Align regional Loyalty strategy and tactics on Sales Market level & be part of commercial team in execution to meet defined KPIs, driving customer base growth and increased lifetime value
- Work cross functionally, aiming to meet and exceed customer expectations to ensure long-term growth
- Create, drive, and follow up on the Sales Market activity plan to secure a strong customer agenda towards members
- Lead, manage and organize the Loyalty lead team in accordance with H&M values, standards, policies, and procedures.
- Take part in driving the Loyalty KPI FUP process and share learnings from activities
- Communicate company goals, information, and expectations within Sales Market Poland Loyalty lead team
- Coordinate and support Sales Markets in executing planned activations to meet defined KPIs
- Secure knowledge & training, supporting the implementation of new features & functionality
- Take part in meetings & discussions initiated by Regional team and Global functions
- University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent relevant education
- Excellent written and spoken English, preferably Polish language
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Experience from CRM and/or Loyalty Programs
- Flexible and open-minded personality, easily to adapt to changes.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and commercial skills.
- Customer service minded with passion for fashion.
- Great project management & multitasking skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as a team player
