YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Managing a Peek & Cloppenburg store, with direct responsibility for overall sales performance, turnover, merchandise range & sales optimisation Leading and coordinating the various sales departments, including Visual Merchandising, Instore Logistics and Cash Administration Building, developing and motivating the team by managing the recruitment and people development process Ensuring an exceptional customer service experience throughout the store Managing the development of key operational KPI's, in order to boost ongoing profitability and sales Coordinating and optimising the selection of store merchandise together with the buying departments, located in our head offices in Vienna and Düsseldorf Ensuring store appearance complies with corporate VM guidelines and standards
