This is a unique opportunity to drive collaboration
with our key customer on developing commercial business strategy.
Reporting to Sales Director Luxe Poland & Baltic HUB, yet with independent
scope of responsibility and managing 2-person time (Junior KAM, E-Commerce KAM).
As Senior Key Account Manager you will be:
and developing the relationship with Douglas based on responsibility,
accountability and sustainability
- Creating a
growth strategy for Douglas offline and e-com and executing it according to
KPIs: sell out per brand/category/bestseller etc.
and phasing of budget spent for certain activity with ROI estimation
taking charge of the yearly negotiations with Douglas to deliver growth and
joint business E-Com trade plans
- Growing the
Douglas business in a long term healthy way for both Douglas and L'Oréal
the categories and the challenges of these with Douglas, and with this
knowledge building a strong strategy on the category mix - hands on research on
and reporting at a best in class level
cooperation with external and internal stakeholders (National Sales Manager,
marketing teams etc.)
supporting and developing your team for long-term vision ahead
